The Ashley and Newey office is based in Darlington, County Durham. The town is famous for the Stockton to Darlington Railway - the first public railway to use steam locomotives in 1825.

In the run-up to the 200-year anniversary of the railway, a new Head of Steam Visitor Centre is due to open in the town. To commemorate this and the region’s railway heritage, Ashley was excited to get back in the driving seat. He’s been the driving force behind a brand new tour for 2024 - Time Travellers Retreat and Journeys of the North.

Our sales team was pleased to join almost 100 delegates at the CTA Summer Networking event in Hertfordshire at the end of July 2023

The meeting was sponsored by Visit Herts and included coach operators and industry suppliers from across the country. Hosted at the wonderful DoubleTree by Hilton London Elstree hotel – a familiar hotel to Ashley & Newey - located close to Elstree Studios. It was an excellent opportunity to meet the people behind the places and a great source of new ideas for 2024 and beyond.

Ashley&Newey, a travel agency, was excited to attend the CTA Belfast event, showcasing the latest trends in travel. The event was held at the city's convention center, and it was bustling with hundreds of attendees, including travel bloggers, industry experts, and enthusiasts.

As they entered the venue, they were greeted with colorful booths displaying travel packages, adventure activities, and exotic destinations. Ashley&Newey's team was eager to network with other travel professionals, share their expertise, and learn about new travel trends.
